Sutton Booking Rewards accumulation
is based on hotel direct,
non commissionable
reservations only.
•
Sutton Booking Rewards are calculated for bookings, both
individuals
and groups,
which have
materialized each month.
•
Points earned in a calendar year cannot be
combined with points from another
calendar year.
• Receive 1 reward point per
reservation (a reservation is defined as
one room
booked regardless
of length of stay or # of persons in a room).
•
Cancelled reservations or no-shows do not qualify for
rewards.
• Receive 5 bonus rewards points on
registration (once per applicant).
• Sutton Booking Rewards do not apply
to Commissionable Reservations,
Airline
Reservations, Reservations made via the
GDS, FIT & Tour/Travel Reservations
or Reservations made by Travel Agents.
• The Rewards accumulation period is
from January 1 to December 31
each year.
Rewards accumulated at the end of the
calendar year cannot be carried
forward
to the
next calendar year and must be redeemed within
3 months after the end
of the year. Rewards redeemed must
subsequently be used/consumed within
6 months thereafter.
•
Your company's internal policies might prevent you from
joining a program which
offers personal rewards. Please
ensure that you comply with your
internal
company policies.
•
Reward hotel accommodations are subject to availability
at the time
of
booking.
•
Domestic Airline Travel must be booked 10 days in advance
of the planned trip. Airfare is based on economy class fares and
will be booked at the lowest available fare.
• International
Travel rewards must be booked 45 days in advance of the
planned trip.
Blackout periods &
other restrictions may apply. Airfares are based on Economy
class fares.
•
Sutton Place Hotels reserves the right to modify the
terms and
conditions of the
Sutton Booking Rewards Program at any time
without prior notice.
