• What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
   Just simply email us at giftcard@suttonplace.com.  We will freeze

   your remaining balance, transfer it to a new gift card and mail it to

   you.

   At The Sutton Place Hotels in Chicago, Edmonton, Toronto and

   Vancouver.

 

 

• How do I check my account balance?
   To check your balance on line click here or email us at

   giftcard@suttonplace.com.
 

 

• Is there a service fee for unused balances on my gift card?
   No, there are no service or hidden fees.
 

 

• Can I reuse my gift card?
   Yes, Sutton gift cards are reusable.  At anytime you can reload your

   card with additional cash value.

 

 

• How do I reload my gift card?
   You can reload your gift card by visiting The Sutton Place Hotel

   closest to you or email us at giftcard@suttonplace.com.

 

 

• Does the holder of a gift card have to be a hotel guest to

   use the card?
   No, the recipient can use his/her gift card to pay for meals or some

   services purchased at The Sutton Place Hotels, even if they are not

   currently a guest there.
 

 

 

• Can I share my gift card with friends or family members?
   Absolutely, your friends or family members can use your card

   without your presence.

 

 

• Can I order multiple gift cards?
   Yes, you can order as many as you wish.  Just visit The Sutton

   Place Hotel closest to you, where our staff will be pleased to help

   you arrange gift cards in greater numbers or in specific amounts

   (for example, a gift card to cover a particular spa treatment,

   including taxes and gratuity) or email us at

   giftcard@suttonplace.com.

 

 

• Does my gift card have an expiry date?
   No, the Sutton gift cards do not expire.
