ENROLLMENT

Q: Where can I enroll for the Sutton Prestige Guest Rewards Program?
A: Enrollment can be completed online here. Alternatively, you can complete our enrollment form at the Hotels’ Front Desk or by calling our Sutton Prestige Desk at 1.877.777.5122.

Q: How do I know about my points?
A: When you enroll, you will need to specify a password. You will then receive an email with your membership number, which, together with your password, will allow you to access your account at any time. Once logged in, you may review your points details, update your profile information, request redemption of one of our rewards, or make reservations. ACCUMULATING POINTS

Q: What are eligible dollars?
A: One POINT is earned for every eligible dollar. Bonus points may apply depending on seasonal hotel promotions.  Points are only awarded in connection to hotel stays. Eligible dollars include: Room revenue (paid for by the guest, up to a maximum of 5 rooms per stay) and incidentals such as Room Service, telephone & internet, and parking charges. Charges not eligible for points include all taxes and gratuities, Sutton Gift Card purchases, miscellaneous charges, Banquet charges, Gerard Lounge, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, CHOP Steakhouse & Bar, and Rockford wok│bar│grill. All other eligible dollars will have points awarded. Room Charges which are billed to a 3rd party, or Room Charges which relate to reservations made by 3rd party internet channels, are not eligible for points. However, all reservations made at www.suttonplace.com are eligible for points.

Q: Can I earn additional points?
A: Each of our Hotels may offer bonus points during specific periods.

Q: Will my points expire?
A: For members who are unable to accumulate any points one year from their last date of earning, their points will expire. Points will begin expiring as of August 31, 2015. Your account will be reviewed at the end of each calendar year and accounts with no activity will become inactive. You can contact us to have your account reinstated.

Q: What are my benefits when I enroll in Sutton Prestige?
A: When you enroll, you will instantly become a Sutton Gold Member and receive the following benefits:

- Choice of daily newspaper
- Priority room preferences
- Direct access to Guest Services Manager for program related inquiries
- Earn one point for every dollar spent on (eligible charges)
- Earn additional bonus points based on our specific promotions
- Redeem your points for free air travel
- Redeem your points for meals and accommodations at any of our Sutton Place Hotels
- Redeem your points for merchandise and gift certificates
- Redeem your points for free trips to exotic international destinations

After your 15th stay (from enrollment), your membership will be automatically upgraded to Sutton Platinum and you will  receive VIP status with the following additional benefits:
- 72-hour last room availability
- 4:00pm extended check-out
- Express CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
- Cheque cashing privileges, up to $500
- Free upgrade to next room category upon availability
- Welcome call from our Guest Services Manager
- Welcome amenity on arrival day

After your membership has been upgraded to Sutton Platinum, you must maintain a total of 5 stays per calendar year at any of our hotels to maintain your Platinum Status.

REWARD REDEMPTIONS

Q: How do I request a reward?
A: To request a reward, please login to your account and choose the reward option. The system will let you enter a redemption request if your points balance meets the required number. Simply click on the Request Redemption Button. The reward will then be mailed to you or you will be contacted by our Prestige Guest Administrator.

Q: What are the Terms & Conditions for the various Rewards?
A: Rewards are subject to periodic updates and may be changed by The Sutton Place Hotels without notice. All terms and conditions of this program are subject to change without notice up to and including complete cancellation of this program at which all points will be null and void. The Sutton Place Hotel Rewards (Food & Beverage and Accommodations) are subject to availability at the time of redemption (certain blackout periods may apply). Surcharges apply on special event days, i.e. Christmas, New Years, Mother’s Day, etc). External Rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the entity by whom they are issued. Rewards for North American Airline Travel must be booked 10 days in advance and are subject to availability by the airline. Economy tickets are based on discounted fares, with changes subject to fees as specified by the airlines. The fare booked will be the lowest fare available at the time of booking. International trips for our destination awards must be requested at least 45 days prior to travel. Blackout periods may apply, i.e. Christmas, March Break, CFL Grey Cup, NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs, etc. Airline travel for destination awards is based on economy class tickets. A 72-hour notice is required for all hotel related rewards.
