The iconic Seafood Tower delivers an enviable Instagram-worthy moment, and you’ll enjoy flavours such as Albacore Tuna Tataki and Dungeness Crab Louie. The oysters are a must-try at Boulevard, too, and come with all the trimmings: Shallot Mignonette, Cocktail Sauce, and Thai Chili Espuma.
We love to start with the Lobster Bisque and for the main course we go rogue, steering away from seafood and indulging in A5 Miyazaki Prefecture Wagyu. Get some Truffle Fries and some Charred Broccolini for the table and you’ve hit a home run!
